The time we wake up and what we think in the early morning is very important. That’s the time where we initiate the reaction of thoughts. You have a few minutes to decide your day. Plough new positive thoughts every day. Don’t give up on this process because negative thoughts also don’t give up. They come to you every day with even stronger. Don’t be a victim of those. To defeat those, we must achieve our inner strength. You are not able to erase the past, but you can replace it with a better future. Forget about your yesterday and focus on how to make your today productive and joyful.
Why we only think about this selfish world every minute?
If this exists also, then opposite to this must exist. If people hate you for no reason, then you also find people who love you without reason. You will find people who can understand you.
Why fill our minds with toxic thoughts?
Come out from those. Repair your thoughts because you are living for you and at least give yourself what you deserve.
Don’t forget to smile. Practice to smile and practice to love. One thing will always multiply by giving it for others, which is love. I am not only talking about love between humans but think about love between humans and animals, love between humans and plants, and love between humans and nature. We all experienced this thing, and we all believe this feeling is nothing but heaven on this earth.
Isn’t it so?
When you wake up in the early morning. Go in nature and close your eyes. Breathe fresh air and feel the beauty of your inner world. Feel the presence of God, and feel his blessing for you.
Tell yourself, I love this world, I love people around me, I love myself, I love my smile, and I believe in that, with my smile I and I only initiate my surroundings; I know this will test my patience, but it is to create a healthy atmosphere for me, and I will try my best in this.
Don’t give even a single chance to negative thoughts. Before they occupy, fill your mind with positivity.

Negative feelings don't exist just to hurt us. Tiredness tells us it might be time to rest. Sadness tells us we might need to find a hug. Fear tells us there might be something we have to run from. Dread tells us it might be time to work towards a different kind of life.
They might not always be right, but they are trying to help. Would you tell someone you love "I'm not giving you a single chance" when they're just trying to give you advice? If it's helpful, you'd probably take it. If it's not, perhaps you would say "well, it doesn't quite help, but thank you for thinking of me :)"
