  Limitations A limitation is a beautiful tool. Positively, it adds power to our character. Sometimes what we do not do is very important. Not doing some actions must need some maturity of the mind because it is not easy to judge the situation correctly. Limiting ourselves to something works wonderfully; if we know how to use this. But our limitations should not limit us to think broad. It is just like this when you get updated, then absolutely your circle of limit may increase its area, but it should not restrict you to achieve more. Push your limit and expand your territories. Add what is needed for you, add what benefits you, and add what is better for your surroundings. Only these little changes may add tremendous impact to your life.  Take risk but limit yourself to danger because taking a risk can give you the skills to tackle situations. It welcomes you to difficulties and makes you hard. Don’t forget to aim high because it gives you high skills.  Construct courage to face fears

Enjoyed it  Think about the work you did without any break. We can’t do this for many hours. We will be tired. This tiredness is enough to ruin our energy.  How much stress can anybody take in a day? We don’t have an exact answer for this. It will vary from person to person, situation to situation, and many more aspects.  Do this exercise, hold a 5Kg bag for a few minutes. At first, it may feel light, but when you hold it for a long time, then you will realize the stress it creates on your muscles.  The longer we hold anything, the it feels heavier for us. It applies to every aspect of life. Our mind is designed like this as well, and a small break can refill energy. Switching to other work is also refreshing, but there is a big difference between switching and multitasking. Multitasking is about doing different tasks at a time. For example, writing with both hands, reading a book with listening to music, and many more. It needs a very high level of concentration, and this is not easy

 Worries Ask anybody how they want to live? Everyone wants to be happy, possess peace of mind, and want to enjoy this only life.  But sometimes, we will strike between our past and future. The worries of the future will suppress our happy minds. Think about this; we all can predict the future. It may happen like what we planned, or it might not.  Then, what is the reason to toil every single second of our life to that unknown future? How long of this? By doing this, we are not wasting our precious time now? Finally, is it OK to scarify our present for a better future? Yes, it must be our one of the duty but remember it should not be our only duty.  Worrying a lot about the future may not be good because it fills fear in us. Fear will not allow us for the right thinking.  Too much is too bad. Every time we must fight with courage, but fear must protect us from falling. Yes, like this, both will help with our progress.
